“The One” Twin Flame ideologies are inherently toxic, encouraging a desperate scramble to find some lesson or deeper meaning in abandonment or bad treatment. It’s also a manipulative repeat sales tactic.

Especially for those of us with attachment traumas or complex trauma, it becomes too easy to get stuck in a feedback loop of seeking deeper meaning, accepting abandonment and bad behavior, thinking we just aren’t evolved enough to receive happiness yet, and remaining in denial that we can get out of lackluster or harmful relationships. If you are in this, you deserve better.

Healthy love is abundant—there’s thousands of people on this earth with the potential to give you everything you want! Spirit has always taught me that love starts with internal happiness! Healthy adults don’t heal each other. You don’t need more “teachers” or “mirrors!”

Love is unique to the people within it and doesn’t always follow cishetero or monogamous whitewashed structures. As a queer ethically non monogamous person, I am happy to offer spiritual counsel to folks from all backgrounds. None are better or more “woke” than the other. Everyone is sacred and unique.

My approach to love readings is honest, compassionate, and focused on providing guidance about what you can focus on moving forward to shift your mindset back to your personal power. I want to ensure that you have the tools you need to find fulfilment without feeling that you “NEED” somebody else. You are whole and deserve to feel the security in that as you open to healthy, secure relationships.

Let me be clear: you did NOT manifest your abuse. You were not and could not be somehow energetically complicit in your own harm.

To act within the law of As Above So Below, a desire for outcome must be backed up by emotion/will and intention. Without the intention or willingness to create, the new thing hits a road block before it can cook into a physical reality. Self sabotaging experiences are rarely manifested because self sabotage is inherently a confused energy and confused energy creates inertia that must be overcome later. What this means is, if you have conflicting desires, it causes stagnancy or a blockage in creating something new.

Traumatic situations can and do happen. I’ve never seen a situation of trauma that was caused by the survivor of that trauma. Free will of others and free will of negative entities cause abuse. Negative entities do not excuse the choices of abusers because full possession like movies is not really how energy works with the human field or aura. Possession is more about continued presence and influence but the person being influenced always has free will.

Some things that happen are simply outside of our control because a higher divine power has intervened to get someone on the right path in life. Divine intervention will always make a situation safer and bring in healing; it may change things up and make things chaotic during the change, but divine intervention will never cause or add to harm.

Sometimes Spirit explains that there are past life contracts or energetic cords at play. Cords and contracts can be placed intentionally with negative intention by witchcraft but the majority of cords and contracts are accidental and form through attachment and codependency issues. Learning the right cleansing methods that work for you can be really helpful for folks who are learning to set healthy boundaries. Energy healing can be helpful in removing and nullifying these unwanted tethers too.

You are the one who has the most power over your own energy. Learning to clear and claim your own space is hugely beneficial to empaths and lightworkers. Teachers, tools, healing from others, etc. are all valuable in the right context but a good teacher will always remind your intuition and logic know best! I am here to validate, support, and guide you back to your own power when you need it.

Some questions I recommend you ask yourself to start interrogating your practices:

1. What deities (if any) do I work with? Why? Do I have ancestral ties to them? Are they from an open religious practice? Am I doing my due diligence researching source material? Am I ensuring that I do not take practices related to this culture out of context? Do I amplify voices from this culture without centering myself?

2. If working with deities unrelated to your culture(s) or practicing from a closed culture…

   What is it about this culture that interests or benefits me? Is there an aspect of my own culture that could achieve this? Is there something I’m avoiding within my own culture? Why is that? How does it make me feel?

3. Are there divination practices or specific modalities that I benefit from that are sourced from outside a culture that’s open to me? Am I contributing to the culture that it came from financially? Am I using my privilege to bring awareness to issues related to that culture? Do I keep my finger on the pulse of current issues related to this culture? If not, why?

My ancestors called me in to deep healing in the last 3 years and I have been in the process of decolonizing my practice during that time by researching and honoring cultures that contributed to who I am today, educating myself on racism and how cultural appropriation harms black, brown, and indigenous communities. As a person with white privilege, I will always have work to do to be a better ally. I acknowledge the importance of staying with the discomfort and keeping the focus on dismantling structures of white supremacy (basically all structures) within society. As a white person, I’ll make mistakes but I’m committed to learning and doing my best.

I’m not ashamed to say that I was completely wrong about New Age spirituality, which was my introduction to understanding my gifts way back in the ‘90s. I see now how toxic, indoctrinating, and racist it is & am here to support anyone ready to lean in to their ancestral practices.

I recommend researching and supporting Native American rights, especially if you are leaving New Age spirituality and getting back in touch with your roots. Start with donating to Stop Line 3! Stop using their cultures as costumes, ignoring the ways the US and Canadian governments continue exploiting them, calling smoke cleansing “smudging” and referring to your animal allies as “spirit animals.” They are not the same!

What I learned of animal energies is from experience and what has been taught to me during client workings from my ancestors in spirit.

This is a safe place for everyone, given that you are respectful of others.

Your medical needs are important and you know best what is right for your body. As someone with multiple disabilities & a working dog who I need to have a functional life, I have personally encountered so much animosity and ignorance from the spiritual and vegan communities. I am not against either of these communities, but it must be said that this is a huge problem that leave a lot of people pushed out or worse—attacked.

Vaccine & mask choices, ethics around service animals, ignorance and denial about dietary and medical restrictions and limitations, judgment around mental health issues and medications, and so much more are very real issues and I want you to know that I value and respect you no matter how you’ve been treated in the past.

You have a place in spirituality if you feel called to it. Spirituality is about YOUR personal connection to your body, the divine, nature, and the world around you. Nobody else!

There’s so much bullshit out there about ETs I’m not even sure where to start. I have had contact experiences and work with ET energies which is why I’m so passionate about supporting others in navigating these things. As always, I do not claim to know all the answers. Here’s what I do know:

1. ETs didn’t build ancient structures on earth. Amazing BIPOC humans did. Let’s start with the implications of huge TV conglomerates building $ empires around BIPOC erasure to fuel their own narrative launch around star beings.

2. Star Family is not a new idea. It exists in indigenous cultures all around the world.

3. “Starseed” is a hashtag that can range from real life contactees and experiencers who just want to understand and connect with others to some of the worst eugenicist white supremacists out there. If you subscribe to any ideologies around that, you’re absolutely unwelcome in this space.

4. It’s a real wild west of falsity within starseed, lightworker, & UFO communities so approach everything with a mix of logic and intuition. Is this person trying to get attention or garner views without adding anything intelligent to the conversation? Are they sharing anything new or regurgitating old narratives? Do their ideologies cause harm or BIPOC erasure? Why are they sharing what they share? Do they claim ET’s fully determine their decision making? Is there hate messaging or division narratives (“only WE know the truth”) within their shares? Are they literally just sharing absolute nonsense or strings of incomprehensible buzzwords and totally out touch with reality?

5. Star people are called this because they’re people, not gods. Some of them are very wise or available to mediums through spirit, meaning they’ve passed on. They are not gods.

6. Real contactees and experiencers are often quite reticent about sharing details of their experience stories for many reasons, most of which involve trauma. Real contactees and experiencers can go through real life harassment, stalking, break ins, and other forms of silencing. It is not usually safe, socially OK, or advised for people to share details of their experiences without being fully aware of potential repercussions. Often the real contactees find themselves sharing details only in more private, nuanced, or protected spaces or with healers as they work through their memories, which may be buried, nonexistent, or patchy. Something to consider.

7. Real contactees often have more than one experience or a continual string of weird events in their lives. This is not so unbelievable if you think of the example of wildlife tagging. The same individual animal is captured many times throughout life. I believe it is the same for many physical contactees.

8. How many ET-related theories are actually just evangelical Christian propaganda wearing a different hat? All the “144,000 lightworkers” and “rapture” people fall into this category.

9. It would be ridiculous to believe that all people of a specific race or culture were 100% bad or good. So why would anyone seriously believe that all beings of a particular star race would be evil (grays, reptilians, etc.) or good (pleiadian, lyran, arcturian, etc).? It sounds fictional because it is.

10. Follow the money.

I have zero tolerance for purity culture, slut shaming, policing other people’s bodies, or shaming STI status.
